Winter Tollwood Festival

Munich is the capital of the state of Bavaria and lies near the German Alps. It’s is the second most popular destination after Berlin and has something to offer everyone – from culture to parks and greenery, night-life, architecture, shopping and skiing and of course the Winter Tollwood Festival.

The Tollwood Festival, which now draws over a million visitors annually is an original, multicultural celebration of festival tents on the Theresienwiese, near Munich City Centre.

It is easy to walk to from the Central Railway Staion of Haputbahnhof and the closest U-Bahn is Thereisenwiese.

Top chefs offer first-rate dining and a German Christmas market is a perfect way to get into the spirit of the time.
