We provide a simple way to purchase tickets so you can plan, choose and organise your chosen event quickly and efficiently. You can print your ticket at home – you will receive automatic e-mail notification with your booking. Print your ticket and take it to the event. Is my information safe when I buy tickets from Cyprus-tickets.com? Your personal information is kept safe and secure. We do not have access to any of your payment information and our high security server is constantly upgraded with the latest security technologies. When is the latest I can purchase tickets for an event? Purchases can be made online until 24 hours prior to the event. Seat and Ticket InformationHow do I make a booking with Cypus-tickets.com? Choose your event, select date, number of tickets and the category in the ticket window. Click on ORDER. Choose your method of payment and after it has been processed, you will receive your ticket via E-mail. At the event, simply give the box office your printed E-ticket and enjoy the performance. What kind of printer, paper and ink do I use to print my tickets? The tickets can be printed using any normal inkjet or laser printer, and need not be printed in colour. Black and white is acceptable. What can I do if I don’t have a printer? You can still order your tickets online and forward the purchase confirmation email to any computer with a working printer and print your tickets there. What if my printer jams, or I lose my tickets? Where is my confirmation email? As soon as you purchase tickets, an email receipt containing the information of your tickets is automatically sent to the email address you provided. If you have not received your confirmation email or you lost it, please email our Customer Centre, and we will resend it to you. Are there delivery charges with Cyprus-tickets.com? Our standard E-mail deliver is FREE. At present, we are unable to offer a delivery system. Cancellation PolicyIs my reservation binding? Yes. Your order is a contract between you and the respective organiser. You will find more information in our General Terms and Conditions. (Paragraph 1 and 2.) What happens with my tickets if the event is cancelled? If an event is cancelled by the organiser, we will contact you immediately and inform you of all other possible alternatives. If you are not interested in the alternatives, we automatically refund you the total amount of your purchased tickets for the event. The advantage is that you do not need to send us back any tickets or date deadlines. Within six weeks, your refund should be deposited into your bank account. If there are any delays, our Customer Service centre will immediately investigate and assist you. Event Organisers and PromotersWhat are the charges to present our events on Cyprus-Tickets.com? It is free to list your event – no set up costs or maintenance fees. We strive to support you with ticket sales. Are there advantages of co-operating with Cyprus-tickets.com? We sell your tickets based on your categories. You decide when you want to begin and end your ticket sales. You give your international clients an opportunity to arrange their holiday/ leisure entertainment in advance. We administer all payments and accounts regarding the ticket sales and you receive payment into your bank account within 10 days. Send us an email with your requirements or questions, and our sales team will revert back to you within 24 hours. |
